I was very happy. The coach was waiting for us at the designated pickup spot exactly on time. The driver was very helpful and friendly. He even had to turn around to bring back a coat someone left onboard, which was very nice of him!

We used Toursud for bus transports for over 140 wedding guests at a venue in Villveyrac from 2 nearby towns where most of the guests were staying.Arnaud & the team were very useful and quick to respond and the buses dropped off and collected our guests with no problem. it was great being able to deal with Toursud in English as well. they even put signs on the buses with the wedding party name on. very professional service.Many thanksAdam & Amelia

I was absolutely blown away with Toursoud.First of all - the communication before the trip with Arnaud was incredible. He required me to give me an itinerary to the minute several weeks in advance - which was fantastic for me as well. He answered all my questions immediately and provided absolutely everything we needed. Our driver Cerdic was fantastic - he understood exactly what our group of wine lovers needed - he gave us three days, showed us all the famous vineyards and got us everywhere we wanted on time and in order. We will definitely return to Toursud next year. We thank you:-)

Can I start by saying we were totally impressed with the level of communication prior to our arrival.Mr Freddy our driver was absolutely first class, a real gentleman.His driving skills are outstanding and he assisted one of our group who was using a mobility scooter. Mr. Emig was friendly and a very good driver. He knew we were tired from our flight and just let us sleep.He was able to drive us from Paris to literally a few meters from our hotel door in the old city of St. Malo which is not easy to do!

We have just returned from a super weekend of Rugby in La Rochelle with the Navan RFC u12's. Toursud coordinated all of our transfers from 2 airports, Nantes and Bordeaux, and our base on Isle de Re without a single incident. Punctual and efficient! They were also available to transfer us in and out to our games and the Top 14 match which finished late on Sunday night! This match was rescheduled from Sat to Sun at short notice and Arnaud worked hard to manage the changes and ensured we were properly catered for. I would have no hesitation in using Toursud again in the future.

We used Toursud's coach charter service in France for 9 days in October 2023. Excellent service! On time every morning! Clean, modern luxury coaches with VERY HELPFUL Tour Drivers. No problem was too big to solve. The Driver(s) took great care of our Tour Group (Rugby Players and Parents), and in narrow roads and peak traffic delivered us safely to the front of the Hotel doors each time day. Only use Toursud when in France. You will be very happy that you did!

I booked a mini bus to take my cricket touring party to our venue at Chateaux Giscours 45 minutes outside of Bordeaux.From morning pick up to evening drop back the process could not have been easier.Our driver was a lovely chap - very helpful and friendly and arrived promptly in the morning for collection at our hotel and again in the evening at the Chateaux for the journey back.The drive was excellent, the coach clean and tidy. How far in advance should I book the coach in Toulouse?

There are no hard and fast rules. The quote we send you is subject to the availability of the coach or minibus requested. This means that the coach company is free to hire out its coach to another group as long as you have not booked it.

But once you've booked, you can rest easy. The coach is reserved for you, and you can prepare for your trip in peace.

Simply put: first come, first served!

If you wait too long to book a coach, be prepared for the coach to become unavailable. And there's no guarantee that we'll be able to find another available company, let alone at the same price.

Every year, many groups contact us just a few weeks before arriving in Toulouse (sometimes just a few days before!). They have already booked their plane tickets, hotels, restaurants and shows.... and think that finding a coach will be easy. On the contrary, at Toursud we advise you to book your coach as early as possible, even several months in advance, so as not to find yourself without a coach.

How do I calculate the duration of a coach journey?

Our customers often consult Google Maps to calculate their journey times. It's a good idea, but the same journey takes longer by coach than by car. To put it simply, if a journey by car takes 45 minutes, a coach will take around an hour.

Twenty minutes by car? Thirty minutes by coach. Two hours by car? Two and a half hours by bus.

Beware, these bases are not always exact: rush-hour traffic and traffic jams in Toulouse and the surrounding region have an impact on journey times. Rest assured, we can tell you how long your journey will take, although this is not an exact science.

For longer journeys, it's best to ask us, as we have to take into account the compulsory breaks that coach drivers must respect.

Is it possible to change the route of our journey or the timetable?

As long as you have not yet booked the coach in Toulouse, you can change the details of your journeys as you wish. We will update the quote if your changes affect the price of the services you wish to book.

If you wish to make changes once the coach has been booked, we will first have to check with the coach company whether the requested changes are possible. This is because a timetable change on your part may have an impact on services booked by other groups.

If the requested changes are possible, we will check whether this alters the advertised fare: we will refund you part of the amount paid if the service is cheaper or we will charge you a supplement if the service is more expensive.
